We do not ship to freight forwarders.

Siempre Divine SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any lost, stolen, packages. If you received a damaged package please provide a picture of the damaged item with full name on the order and order confirmation number within 5 days of receiving to our help customer service email, once the picture is received we will take further action. Siempre Divine is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
ROUTE CLAIM TIME FRAME
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or USPS for more information in the meantime!
If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email our Customer Care team, within 5 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further!
If a package is returned to Siempre Divine due to wrong address, non-deliverable, or refused package customer is responsible for shipping to resend package.
Please notify our customer service team within 15 days after tracking states delivered regarding any questions on your order.
